The following information is intended to define the general sales conditions established between MERAKI and the customer, when ordering at MERAKI’s online store merakipt.com
ORDERS
After placing your order, make sure that you receive a confirmation email in your email inbox.
Orders are considered completed once the respective payment is confirmed. In case of selecting the payment method Manual Payment or Offline Payment (also called Bank Transfer or MBway), the payment is only considered confirmed after sending the proof of payment to our email hello@merakipt.com If it is not possible for any reason to send proof of payment, we ask that you contact us so that we can help you.
You will receive another email later confirming the shipment of your order, which will also indicate itstracking number.
MERAKI is not responsible for lost parts by the post office or customs, so please keep your tracking information.
DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping period is between 1-3 working days, except for festive or busy periods when this process may change. When this happens, the customer is notified.
The value corresponding to the shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order. Before finalizing the order, you will be able to view the total amount to be paid, including shipping and VAT. Once the shipment is confirmed (upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email), your order must be delivered within the following deadlines:
– Continental Portugal: Registered Mail by CTT: 1 to 3 working days
– European Union: Registered Mail by CTT up to 20 working days
The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated. The address referred to is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If delivery is not made by CTT, a postal notice will be left and the order will wait at your local CTT Post (upon presentation of an identification document). You will have 5 working days to pick up your order, and it will be returned after this period of time. In case of being returned, the costs of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
MERAKI works according to the Portuguese calendar. When ordering please consider that it will not be possible to ship during weekends and holidays.
Unless previously agreed, all MERAKI orders are sent by Registered Mail via CTT. MERAKI cannot be responsible for any customs duties and delivery delays depending on the country of destination.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
– PayPal
– MB Way: You will receive an email with the associated mobile number.
– Bank transfer: After completing your order, your parts will be manually reserved by our team and then payment details will be sent to you by email. If the payment proof is not sent to us within 2 days, the order will be canceled.
If it is not possible for any reason to send proof of payment, we ask you contact us at hello@merakipt.com so that we can confirm and consider the order as completed as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
During the purchase process you will be asked for invoicing and delivery addresses. It is important that the data is filled in correctly in order to guarantee the successful delivery of the order.

All orders over €15 with destination in Portugal, will have free shipping.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you want to exchange or return your part, please contact us hello@merakipt.com, indicating your order number. Also indicate which part you want to exchange, as well as the part you want in exchange Parts exchanges and returns will only be accepted within 14 days after purchase. Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Earrings exchanges for hygiene reasons will not be accepted.
If your piece needs to be repaired, please contact us at hello@merakipt.com indicating the reference of your order and the problem in question. You will later receive instructions on how to proceed.
INFORMATION
MERAKI reserves the right, on its own initiative, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. MERAKI may make any other changes to the website, materials and products or services described on the MERAKI’s website at any time without notice.
The price of MERAKI products will always be stipulated on our website, except for a typographical error.
In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, presenting him with the option of confirming the order with the correct price or making a due refund, if applicable.
